October 2009... Dr Bob completed two weeks of donated service for the Indian Health Service. Dr. Bob was assigned to the
Taos Pueblo and Picuris Pueblo reservations, located in northern New Mexico.

January 2010... Dr. Jackie and Dr. Bob spent the first week of 2010 providing dental care to the residents of Santa Cruz and
Pueblo Viejo Mexico as part of the El Nino Rey Mission. The team of five dentists and one hygienist treated over 470 patients,
providing 610 fillings, 350 extractions and 270 cleanings. This was Dr. Jackie's first mission trip to Mexico, and Dr. Bob's third trip.

| Mission of Mercy June 2010.... Dr Bob participated in the Illinois Sate Dental Society's first Mission of Mercy event, located in Bloomington-Normal Illinois. The two day mission provided free dental care to almost 2000 Illinois residents. Dr. Bob was the leader of the 12 Doctor triage team that was responsible for examining each patient, assessing their dental needs, and directing them to the corresponding treatment areas of the clinic. Dr. Bob's triage experience in Mexico help to lead the triage to function efficiently and maximize the number of patients seen. |

February 2011... Dr. Jackie and Dr. Bob returned to Mexico as part of the El Nino Rey Mission. They traveled as members of a five
dentist, 16 volunteer mission team which provided dental care to the residents of Santa Cruz and Pueblo Viejo. During the week, over

August 2011...Dr. Bob spent three days providing triage for a 50 chair dental clinic that was temporarily set up at
Malcolm X College in Chicago. The mission was sponsored by Remote Area Medical, and was teamed with the
CUREnetwork, which is a local medical volunteer organization.

| 2012....On January 28th, ...Dr.Jackie and Dr. Bob will be returning to Mexico with the El Nino Rey Mission . El Nino Rey is a Catholic Mission to provide dental care and promote education to the outlying areas of the state of Guerrero. It will be Dr. Jackie's third trip and Dr. Bob's fifth with ENR. Also in 2012....Dr. Bob will be directing Triage for the Mission of Mercy dental clinic located at the Lake County Fair Grounds. Dr. Jackie and Dr. Peg will also be joining the team. Our cousin Dr. Mark Humenik, who practiced with us, is one of the co-chairmen of the June 8 & 9 event. Dr. Mark has spent countless hours organizing the gigantic volunteer clinic. |
